1. General Refund Guidelines
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused and in original condition
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt)
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable for:
Digital/downloadable products
Gift cards
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, unless damaged or defective)
3. Damaged / Wrong Products
If the item is:
Damaged,
Defective, or
Not as described,
you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.

4. How to Request a Refund
1. Log in to your account on bazaarlk.com
2. Go to My Orders
3. Select the order and click "Request Refund"
4. Describe the issue clearly and attach images if needed
5. Wait for confirmation from the vendor or Bazaarlk.com support
5. Refund Approval & Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
Payment will be credited to your original payment method (card, bank, or wallet)
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery, we will arrange a bank transfer
6. Vendor Responsibility
Each vendor on Bazaarlk.com is responsible for:
Accepting/denying refund requests
Resolving buyer issues
Maintaining fair return/refund policies
However, Bazaarlk.com will intervene if a vendor does not respond within 3 business days.
